Milan, 22 February (LaPresse) – European participation in negotiations on Ukraine is useless, given their current attitude. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, according to reports by Russian news agency Interfax. ‘We see no point in European involvement. They cannot help in any way, given their current mood. How can they help with that position? Almost nothing,’ he said in an interview reported by Interfax.
