Milan, 24 February (LaPresse) – French President Emmanuel Macron says he is ‘very sceptical’ about the prospect of peace in Ukraine in the short term, as ‘there is no willingness on the Russian side to achieve peace’. He made the comments at the opening of the Coalition of the Willing meeting, as reported by The Guardian. Regarding security guarantees, he said that these are “being defined” and must be “agreed in concrete terms”.
