Tehran, 25 Feb. (LaPresse) – There are “good prospects for talks” with the United States. This was stated by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, in a speech reported by the Tasnim news agency on the eve of the new round of nuclear negotiations in Geneva. “In the government, we have sought to conduct the negotiations in line with the guidance of the Supreme Leader” Ali Khamenei “so as to overcome the exhausting ‘neither war nor peace’ stalemate,” he explained. If the negotiation process reaches the desired result, Pezeshkian added, this will undoubtedly pave the way “for the removal of existing obstacles and will facilitate the country’s development at a much faster and smoother pace.”
