Milan, 3 March (LaPresse/AP) – The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) say their soldiers are ‘operating in southern Lebanon’ as attacks against Hezbollah continue. In a statement, it said troops were positioned at several points near the border beyond the five outposts currently occupied by Israel, in what it described as a ‘reinforced forward defence position’ as they battle Hezbollah militants.
