Dubai (United Arab Emirates), 7 March (LaPresse/AP) – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, in a pre-recorded speech broadcast on state television, apologised for Iran’s attacks on countries in the region, insisting that Tehran would stop them and suggesting that they were caused by a misunderstanding among the ranks. The president’s statement was broadcast after repeated attacks this morning against Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
