Bern, March 10 (LaPresse) – A bus caught fire in the town of Kerzers, in the Swiss canton of Fribourg. Cantonal police said the incident occurred around 6:25 PM. Six people were killed and five injured. The fire was caused by a man who set himself on fire inside the vehicle. The six victims and four of the injured were on board, while the last injured person is believed to be a first responder. Police reported that three of the five injured were taken to the hospital, while two were treated at the scene. The Fribourg prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation.
