Iran, deputy intelligence minister killed in attacks on Tehran

Milan, 12 March. (LaPresse) – Akbar Ghaffari, Iran’s deputy intelligence minister, was killed during joint US-Israeli attacks on Tehran. This was reported by the Iranian news agency Ilna. Ghaffari had previously served as deputy governor for political security in the province of East Azerbaijan. His funeral is said to have already taken place in the city of Tabriz.
