Washington (USA), 18 March (LaPresse) – Iran has not attempted to resume uranium enrichment activities since its facilities were destroyed in the joint US-Israeli strike in June 2025. This was stated by the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, during a hearing before the Senate Intelligence Committee. Her remarks contradict the justifications used by President Trump to launch the war against Tehran. “As a result of Operation Midnight Hammer, Iran’s nuclear enrichment programme was wiped out. Since then, no attempt has been made to rebuild their enrichment capabilities,” Gabbard stated.
