Moscow, Mar. 21 (LaPresse) – Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the Iranian leadership on the occasion of Nowruz, the Persian New Year, reaffirming Moscow’s support for Tehran. According to the Kremlin, the Russian president sent his greetings to Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei and President Masoud Pezeshkian, wishing the Iranian people to overcome the current difficulties “with dignity.” Putin emphasized that Moscow remains a loyal friend and a reliable partner for Tehran during this difficult time.
