Trump: ‘Pope Leo XIV is weak on crime and terrible at foreign policy’

Rome, 13 April (LaPresse) – ‘Pope Leo is weak on crime and terrible at foreign policy. He talks about “fear” of the Trump administration, but makes no mention of the fear that the Catholic Church and all other Christian organisations felt during Covid, when priests, ministers and anyone else were being arrested for holding religious services, even outdoors and whilst maintaining a safe distance of three or six metres.’ US President Donald Trump writes this in Truth. “I much prefer his brother Louis to him, because Louis is a true supporter of MAGA. He’s got it all sorted, Leo hasn’t,” Trump continues. “I don’t want a Pope who thinks it’s right for Iran to have a nuclear weapon. I don’t want a Pope who thinks it’s terrible that America attacked Venezuela, a country that was sending huge quantities of drugs to the United States and, worse still, emptying its prisons – including murderers, drug dealers and criminals – into our country. And I don’t want a Pope who criticises the President of the United States because I am doing exactly what I was elected to do, with a landslide victory, namely bringing crime to historic lows and creating the most thriving stock market in history.”
