Turin, 25 April (LaPresse) – Whilst the White House stated yesterday that envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner were due to depart this morning for talks with their Iranian counterparts in Islamabad, the two had not yet left Florida by 11am local time. This was reported by a source familiar with the matter to The Times of Israel. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi travelled to Islamabad on Friday, but has already left the country after concluding his meetings with Pakistani officials, continuing his diplomatic tour with subsequent stops planned in Oman and Russia.
