Moscow, Apr 27 (LaPresse) – The Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has arrived in Saint Petersburg where a meeting is scheduled with Russian President Vladimir Putin as part of discussions to resolve the conflict in the Middle East. This was reported by the Iranian state news agency Irna. Upon his arrival, Araghchi told Iranian media that he had traveled to Russia “with the aim of continuing close consultations between Tehran and Moscow on regional and international issues”, adding that the meeting scheduled today with Putin “will be a good opportunity to discuss developments in the conflict and take stock of the current situation”.
