Rome, 30 April (LaPresse) – At least 18 people have been injured in Odessa following an attack by the Russian army. The head of the regional administration, Oleg Kipper, reported the news on Telegram, according to Ukrainska Pravda. Nine of the injured have been admitted to hospital.
