First, health threats know no borders. A health crisis everywhere poses a risk everywhere. Preparation pays off. Investing now means saving lives and money in the future. And third, addiction is really dangerous. No country should rely on a handful of providers, since health is no longer the exclusive preserve of doctors, but is actually exploited for geopolitical purposes,” he adds.
