Rome, May 14 (LaPresse) – U.S. President Donald Trump met with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing. Trump said he was honored and spoke of a “fantastic future together.” Xi, on the other hand, noted that the US and China “should be partners, not rivals.” Xi welcomed Trump to the Great Hall of the People in Tiananmen Square. Xi also noted that he was happy to welcome Trump at a time when the world is facing a “crossroads.”
