Rome, 21 May (LaPresse) – Ukrainian special forces have struck the headquarters of the FSB, the Russian Federation’s intelligence and internal security agency, in the part of Ukraine’s Kherson region currently under Moscow’s control. In addition, a Pantsir-S1 air defence system was destroyed. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this in a post on X, sharing a video of the incident. “Thanks to this single operation, Russian losses amount to around a hundred dead and wounded,” he added. ‘The Russians must feel the need to end this war. The medium- and long-term “sanctions” imposed by Ukraine will continue to work,’ he added, referring to recent attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces.
