Milan, 24 May (LaPresse) – Russian forces launched a large-scale combined attack using missiles and drones against Kyiv and the surrounding region, striking residential buildings and other infrastructure across the capital. According to authorities, the attack caused at least one death and 44 injuries, as reported by Ukrainska Pravda. Monitoring groups reported that more than 50 Russian missiles and over 700 drones were launched towards Ukraine, targeting almost exclusively Kyiv, marking one of the largest mass attacks of the past year, reports the Kyiv Independent.
