Washington (United States), 28 May (LaPresse/AP) – The US military has carried out new strikes against an Iranian military facility and shot down four Iranian attack drones. This was reported by US officials speaking on condition of anonymity. The four drones from Tehran were reportedly posing a threat in the Strait of Hormuz, whilst the military facility struck was a control station in Bandar Abbas from which a fifth drone was about to be launched. The attacks came after President Donald Trump had stated that Iran was ‘negotiating with its last remaining strength’.
