Rome, 2 June (LaPresse) – In the airstrike on Marwaniyé, in the district of Saida in southern Lebanon, where six members of the same family lost their lives, the victims are reported to include three children. Some rescue workers were injured in a second attack in the same area. This was reported by the Lebanese daily L’Orient-Le Jour, according to which, in the south, Mountasser Abdallah, the first raid, carried out with two missiles, completely destroyed the building, which collapsed onto the Abdallah family, killing six of its members. When rescue teams arrived at the scene, the site was struck a second time and several people were injured, including some rescuers from the Islamic Mission Scouts (al-Rissala, affiliated with the Amal movement).
