Tivat (Montenegro), 5 June (LaPresse) – “Enlargement is a process based on merit, but that does not mean it has to be slow”, “it must be more feasible; countries applying for EU membership must explain the benefits to their citizens, and they must do the same for European citizens”, enlargement “means greater security, prosperity and a greater role for Europe in the world”.
