Frankfurt (Germany), 14 June (LaPresse) – The deputy commander of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Joint Military Command has stated that Israel’s latest attack on Hezbollah in Beirut will not go unanswered. Mohammadjafar Asadi described the attack on Dahiyeh as a new Israeli provocation. This was reported by Iran International. ‘The Zionist aggression in Dahiyeh has demonstrated once again that the United States either lacks the will to uphold its commitments, or lacks the capacity to do so,’ said the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Ghalibaf, in a message on X. According to Ghalibaf, ‘giving the green light to the Israeli regime’ will not lead to diplomatic concessions. ‘The good cop, bad cop game is now outdated,’ added Ghalibaf, who then warned that, ‘if there is no will or ability to honour the commitments made, it is not possible to talk about continuing the path’ of negotiations.
