Rome, Jun. 20 (LaPresse) – According to Israeli broadcaster Channel 12, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Israel Katz have ordered the Israeli army to “not open fire” in Lebanon. The order follows “coordination between the political leadership and the United States,” the broadcaster reports, adding that the army will not withdraw from southern Lebanon.
