Rome, 20 June (LaPresse) – Russian intelligence has announced that criminal proceedings have been initiated against more than 20 people accused of plotting attacks and making threats against senior officials at Roskomnadzor, the Russian federal agency responsible for overseeing communications, information technology and the media. The news was reported by Interfax. According to Moscow, the Ukrainian secret services are recruiting young Russians to carry out extremist and terrorist offences, “including against members of the Russian Ministry of Defence’s command who are directly involved” in the war in Ukraine.
