Brussels, 22 June (LaPresse) – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian is due to leave for Pakistan on Tuesday for consultations and exchanges of views with Pakistani officials. This was announced by Habibollah Abbasi, director of public relations at the President’s Office, in an interview with the IRNA news agency. It is reported that, during the meeting, Pezeshkian will express his appreciation to Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif for his mediation between Iran and the United States. The talks will also focus on the continuation of consultations between officials from both countries at the highest levels, the continuation of cooperation and consultations between the two sides, as well as the review and follow-up of previous economic cooperation.
