Cuba and the US announce new sanctions against state-owned enterprises

Washington (USA), 23 June (LaPresse) – The United States has imposed new sanctions on Cuba, designating five entities and one individual linked to state-owned enterprises in Havana. According to a statement from the State Department, this action is in support of the “Trump Administration’s comprehensive initiative aimed at putting an end to the Cuban regime’s malicious activities, both in Cuba and throughout our hemisphere”.
