Rome, 28 June (LaPresse) – Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has vowed to respond with greater force to any US attack, whilst retaliatory strikes continue in the Gulf. This is according to Al Jazeera. “As we had anticipated, the enemy is one that does not honour its commitments; it is deceitful and cannot be trusted. At any moment, at any stage of the negotiations, it could take certain actions,” IRGC spokesman Hossein Mohebi told the state-run SNN television network. “Whatever action the enemy takes in this regard, we have responded and will continue to do so. We reiterate: if the enemy fails to honour its commitments and violates the ceasefire, we will respond with greater force than in the past, and we emphasise that our response will be even more decisive. We regard such moves by the enemy as to be expected, as we are well aware of its nature,” said Mohebi.
