Germany, police: “Five dead and several injured in Stade, two arrests”

Frankfurt (Germany), June 29 (LaPresse) – “According to the current state of the investigation, a homicide involving multiple victims occurred at a youth care facility on Dankersstrasse. At this stage, five people have been fatally injured, while others have sustained injuries.” This was reported by Stade police in an update on the shooting that took place in the Lower Saxony city. “During the search and response operations launched immediately, two people suspected of being involved in the incident were arrested, including the alleged gunman,” police also said, adding that “the investigation into the background and the exact circumstances of the incident is still ongoing. There is no danger to the public.”
