Venezuela: Man trapped under rubble for eight days pulled out alive

Milan, 2 July (LaPresse) – Hernan Gil, the 43-year-old security guard who had been trapped in the security booth of the shopping centre where he worked in the state of La Guaira following the double earthquake that struck the country on 24 June, has been pulled alive from the rubble in Venezuela after eight days. Over 100 rescue workers from various countries took part in the rescue operations.
