Washington, (United States), 5 July (LaPresse/AP) – US President Donald Trump, as part of the celebrations marking the 250th anniversary of US Independence, welcomed the Artemis II astronauts to the Freedom250 event: “Everyone was watching… They’ve become very famous,” he said. “There’s nowhere we can’t go. There is no goal we cannot achieve. And there is nothing Americans cannot do. And we are proving that right now,” said Trump. “I assume you’ll be heading to Mars,” the White House occupant told the astronauts. “We’ll be going to Mars very soon, and I believe that’s a goal we have in mind,” added Trump.
