Rome, 9 July (LaPresse) – US attacks “seriously hinder” the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. This was stated in a statement by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, as reported by Al Jazeera. According to the Pasdaran, US military attacks will not only provoke a “crushing response” from Iran, but will also disrupt crucial maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz. This traffic, the Pasdaran added, has been restored to 50 per cent of pre-war levels over the past two weeks. “Foreigners have no interest in this land or in the Strait of Hormuz,” they concluded.
