Paris (France), 13 July (LaPresse/AP) – Ukraine and nine other European countries, including Italy, have announced a coalition to protect Europe from ballistic missiles, drawing on the experience gained by Kyiv in the war against Russia. The ten countries announced the agreement in Paris during talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. “Our aim is to build a shared defence capability against ballistic missiles for Europe,” a statement read. The members of what has been dubbed the ‘Anti-Ballistic Missile Coalition’ are: Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
