Milan, July 17. (LaPresse) – The Russian army attacked the Shevchenkivskyi neighborhood of Kharkiv. A 40-year-old man was killed in the attack and at least eight other people were injured, including two children. This was stated by the head of the Kharkiv regional state administration, Oleg Synegubov, and the mayor of Kharkiv, Igor Terekhov. Among the injured were two children aged 2 and 7 and two men aged 24 and 50. The bombing damaged an educational institution, an administrative building and some commercial facilities.
