Milan, 26 July (LaPresse) – Iran has suspended its attacks after the United States halted its air strikes over the past two nights. This was stated by the Iranian military spokesperson, as reported by Iran International. “The Americans have halted their attacks over the past two nights. As our strategy has been entirely one of retaliation, we too have suspended our retaliatory operations,” said the spokesperson. “The US strategy is unclear even to officials within the country itself. This is evident in the statements made by US officials, particularly the US President, as well as in the actions of US Central Command,” added Akraminia, who also warned that the continuation of US air strikes would instead escalate the war and that the conflict has already spread to the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.
