Turin, July 30 (LaPresse) – “Russia has labeled me a ‘terrorist’ for refusing its requests for mass surveillance and censorship on Telegram. Under Russian law, I am prohibited from ‘publishing information on the Internet.’ Russian officials have clearly become confused about who can ban someone from accessing the Internet.” Telegram co-founder Pavel Durov said this, commenting on his inclusion in Russia’s list of terrorists and extremists.
