This was announced by the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, who explained that 17 of the injured are in a serious condition. According to reports from the Ukrainian news agency RBC-Ukraine, deaths have been recorded in the districts of Solomyansky, Golosiivsky, Darnytsky, Shevchenkivsky and Pechersky, and power cuts have occurred in various parts of the capital.
