(LaPresse) – A spokesperson for the European Commission, during the regular press briefing, stated that Brussels “has noted that certain media outlets, particularly Russian ones, have sought to exaggerate the situation in Ceuta very rapidly across various platforms, starting from 30 July”. “In the days leading up to that date, we had not observed any activity of this kind,” the spokesperson clarified, emphasising that the Commission will continue to work to coordinate with Member States and the various authorities to assess the situation.
