By now we would already be producing Patriot systems for everyone.” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this while speaking to reporters after his meeting in Serbia with his counterpart Aleksandar Vucic. “And Europe, that Europe which wants and would like to have Patriot systems, anti-ballistic systems and missiles, would already have everything. I am absolutely certain of that,” he added. “But now we are dealing with the bureaucracy. And what is coming down on us is not a piece of paper, nor a paper missile, but a real missile that kills people. So, if we say that the Americans should provide them, then the Europeans should do so as well, because we have also been working with them for a long time to resolve the issue of certain licenses.”
