There were 340 people on board the train. And whoever was operating that drone could not possibly have been unaware that the target was entirely civilian. At present, unfortunately, we know that the train driver and his assistant were killed in the attack. I offer my condolences to their families and loved ones.” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote this on X, going on to state that attacks involving over 130 drones took place across 11 regions during the night.
