Rome, 23 Aug. (LaPresse) – Two Israeli air strikes in the Gaza Strip on Sunday are reported to have killed at least two people, including a four-year-old boy, and injured seven others. This was reported by Palestinian health officials, as quoted by local media. One of the attacks is reported to have struck a building in the town of Zawayda, in the centre of the enclave. Paramedics reported that debris and shrapnel, scattered over tens of metres, injured at least six people, including four-year-old Mohammad Abdel-Salam Taha, who was later pronounced dead in hospital.
