(LaPresse) – Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a meeting with US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, confirmed his commitment to continuing to work with the United States to find a political and diplomatic solution to the conflict in Ukraine. This was stated to journalists by Yuri Ushakov, a Russian presidential adviser who attended the meeting, according to reports by the Russian news agency TASS. Ushakov added that Putin had also emphasised the need to address the root causes of the conflict in Ukraine.
