Madrid (Spain), 10 Sept. (LaPresse) – In Spain, following the government’s declassification and publication of intelligence, Civil Guard and police reports concerning the crisis in Ceuta, a debate has erupted over the warnings issued by the security services regarding the social media campaign urging people to enter the exclave en masse. According to the Spanish government, however, these warnings could not be interpreted as a prediction of what would subsequently happen at the end of July. Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez himself spoke on the matter, reiterating that nobody, neither in Spain nor in Europe, had foreseen that over 70,000 people would arrive in Ceuta.
