Rome, 11 Sept. (LaPresse) – Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has claimed that the Naza documentary, which alleges that Israel intentionally killed civilians during the Gaza war, is “slander”. “What makes the situation particularly painful and infuriating is that this lie comes from Israeli filmmakers and is now spreading around the world,” Bennett tweeted the day after the film’s premiere. “If Israel wanted to harm the people of Gaza, we would not send our sons and daughters to fight house by house, through alleys and tunnels, at the terrible cost of deaths and injuries amongst our soldiers,” he concluded.
