The proposal, which comprises 66 projects, offers one of the most comprehensive roadmaps drawn up to date on what the first few months of post-war reconstruction and governance in Gaza might look like. According to a copy of the plan obtained by Axios, it includes projected expenditure on temporary accommodation, rubble clearance, hospital repairs, economic recovery and the deployment of a multinational security force. “The plan sets out how to rebuild a government from scratch, an economy from the rubble and a territory from disaster,” said an official from the Board of Peace.
