The threat to Yemen is a threat to Iran,” he continued. Regarding the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, the adviser emphasised that “the security architecture of the Persian Gulf and West Asia will be shaped with Iran at its centre. Any new security architecture without Iran will make no sense and cannot be implemented.”
