Rome, 28 Sept. (LaPresse) – The Russian Ministry of Defence has announced on Telegram that, over the past 24 hours, Moscow has taken control of two further towns in Ukraine. These are Ulanovo, in the north-eastern region of Sumy, and Novovodanoye, in the eastern region of Donetsk.
