France, students: “We distance ourselves from violence but will continue until a concrete announcement is made”

(LaPresse) – Representatives of secondary school students met with the French Minister for Education, Édouard Geffray. “We distance ourselves from the violence,” said Ryad Rani, president of the Secondary School Students’ Union, whilst calling for the protests to continue until concrete measures are taken to improve learning conditions. “We will not give up until we have a concrete announcement,” he added.
