Madrid, Oct. 5 (LaPresse) – Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced the dissolution of Parliament and the calling of early elections for November 29. “After informing the head of state,” Felipe VI, “I have decided to convene an extraordinary Council of Ministers this morning to dissolve the Cortes and call general elections, which will be held on Sunday, November 29,” Sanchez said in an institutional statement from the Moncloa Palace.
