Washington (US), 5 Oct. (LaPresse) – Donald Trump will be in Nebraska today for a rally alongside Republican Senator Pete Ricketts. The event is scheduled to take place in Grand Island, in the south-central part of the state, a conservative stronghold. The visit is part of what the president has described as a 32-day campaign offensive ahead of the 3 November mid-term elections. So far, the campaign tour has only visited strongly Republican states such as Oklahoma and Alabama. On Wednesday, Trump will visit Texas for the second time in two weeks, holding a rally in San Antonio to support the Republican Senate candidate, Ken Paxton, who is trailing in the polls against the Democrat James Talarico.
