(LaPresse) – The public prosecutor’s office in the Canton of Valais, Switzerland, has opened criminal proceedings against lawyers and journalists following leaks from the investigation file into the Crans-Montana tragedy. This is according to the Swiss daily Le Temps, which cites informed sources. Most of the cases have been assigned to prosecutor Laurent Mosching. According to the newspaper, at least one journalist has been summoned this month by the judicial police as a person called upon to provide information: a status halfway between that of a witness and that of a suspect.
