Rome, 16 Oct. (LaPresse) – “The official Roman government lacks the political will to act in the interests of its citizens” and instead follows “the demands of its masters in Brussels and other capitals”. This was stated during a briefing by the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, in response to a question on the possibility of resuming Russian-Italian cooperation. This was reported by Interfax. “We have always been open to developing relations with all constructive forces that do not embrace Russophobia and do not act against our country,” added Zakharova.
